Our house is located in a quiet residential area. We are a few blocks from 41st Ave with buses to UBC (25 min), to the Canada Line Oakridge station (15 min) and to downtown (35 min). Were also a short walk way from Kerrisdale village, with shops and a community center.We have three rooms, one on the main floor and two on the upper-floor. The main floor room has a private bathroom on the same floor, while the two upper-floor rooms share an adjacent bathroom. All rooms have windows. Bedroom is furnished (bed, desk, chair, lamps) Linens and towels are provided Large closet, extra storage of large items in basement or garage Shared recreation room with seating area Access to kitchen, family room, laundry (no extra cost) High-speed WiFi included All utilities (water, electricity, heat) includedOur home is very comfortable. We share common areas, including the kitchen, but we also respect everyone's need for alone time. We have an extra recreation room for our homestay guests with comfortable seating and large table for homework or projects. Meals are available for an extra fee upon request. Our ideal candidate is a female student, visitor or working professional.
