Friendly family in Coquitlam (Has a House)

We are a friendly, professional, four person family (mom, dad, a girl age 12, and a boy age 14). We have two small dogs that love to cuddle. Mom is a high school teacher in the Coquitlam school district, and dad is a film technician. Our house is located on a greenbelt close to many schools (Heritage Woods, Gleneagle, Pinetree, and Douglas College), community centres, pools, libraries, and the Coquitlam centre mall. There is a bus stop one block up from our house.The room is a bright ground level (walk out) bedroom with a large window. It has a queen size bed (with all the bedding) and night table, desk and chair, dresser, good size closet, two lamps, bookshelf, and an alarm clock. You will have a semi-private bathroom (would only be used on occasion when we have a guest at our house - grandparents visiting), and access to the rest of the house. We have high speed wireless internet, you will also have your own washer and dryer to clean your clothes.We enjoy being outdoors, hiking, swimming, biking, traveling, and snowboarding. We also enjoy quiet family time - reading, movies, games, puzzles, and baking. We have been to several different countries as we enjoy traveling, learning about different cultures, and enjoy trying new foods.What we are looking for in a student: female student who is friendly and wants to feel like a part of our family. Dinner will be made for you each night; however, you must make your own breakfast and lunch. You must keep your bedroom clean and clean your bathroom. All meals are included in the price.We eat healthy meals and enjoy trying new recipes. Breakfast is typically cereal, toast, pancakes/waffles, eggs, and smoothies.
