Stylish Home with Mountain Views! (Has a House)

Our home is located in an upscale safe neighborhood called Sullivan Heights. We are a down to earth, easy going couple with a small adorable pug. We are recent empty nesters so we have plenty of space to share. We like going to the beaches whenever weather is permitting or hanging out by our pond in our backyard garden. My husband works full time and we are up by 6 am in the morning and he is off to work by 7am. We really enjoy hosting international students. We have 2 guest rooms and our typical guest(s) are female international students and/or female international work & travel guests. Presently we only host FEMALE guest(s) and we do not accept guest requests/bookings without a VERIFIED profile WITH picture.
