Hello! We are a family of 3, one mother and two daughters living in beautiful Burquitlam. We have TWO spare bedrooms available for any FEMALE STUDENT looking to rent. Ages 16-25We are looking for something long term preferably, minimum of 3 months. The rooms include your own desk, closet, and bathroom with two sinks that will not be used by us, its all yours!We live walking distance to Burquitlam skytrain station, and we have a bus stop right in-front of the house.Breakfast and dinner will be included, so is laundry.
