Room avail in Upscale Neighborhood (Has a House)

I live in a spacious 4 bedroom home. I have 1 room that can be utilized by students. My home is located in Scarborough, near U Of T Scarborough. I have a dog. His name is Benny. He is a Labrador Retriever. Very friendly. There is a living room with a 55" T.V., a moderate-sized backyard overlooking a ravine, and a BBQ. I was born in Toronto, so I myself only speak English. I enjoy sewing, crafts, reading, watching documentaries. I work from home during the week. I can prepare meals if necessary.
