A government-issued ID will be required upon checking in.My house is a 2-storey detached brick. There are two bedrooms being rented out on the 2nd floor and 1 in the basement. The full bathroom upstairs is shared with the other student, while the bathroom in the basement is for the exclusive use of the renter. The kitchen is bright and spacious with a breakfast area and is shared with the other student and myself.My home is in a quiet and safe residential area that is close to all amenities - shopping, entertainment, the bus terminal, central library, public and private schools, hospitals. Some schools that are close to the area are: Sheridan College Hazel McCallion Campus, Bronte College, University of Toronto Mississauga, Lambton College, Metalworks Institute & Heartland International English School.As well, some of the major international businesses hold office in Mississauga, like BASF, Oracle, Continental Tires, Purolator, MSN, HP, Nokia Siemens, Bell Canada/ Mobility and are a bus ride (or bicycle ride) away.I like to spend time in the garden and travel and enjoy the exchange of cultural nuances that comes from hosting international students.I ask students to do their part in maintaining the cleanliness of the house and for respecting my homestay guidelines.I require MINIMUM 2 week's notice if you are moving out earlier than your original requested date. Failure to do this will mean forfeiture of any remaining rent already paid out.Thank you.
