Large Basement bedroom (Has a House)

Looking for longer term stays of 3-6 months to 1 year but feel free to start with a week. Our condo corporation would like you to sign a one year lease to deter Airbnb type rentals. However we do not have any penalty if you decide to leave early. Were a friendly retired professional couple with a friendly grey cat, Smoky, and three clean dry bedrooms, all with comfortable beds and a window. There's one large queen, one medium single, and one slightly smaller single, in a Bungalow Townhouse in Hunt Club area of Ottawa, 8 minutes drive from the airport, bus stops right here.
