Heath Estates A

Set in Downtown Toronto’s Deer Park district, Heath Estates offers one, two, and three bedroom apartments for rent. Public schools and parks, like the K-Gardner Beltline, are spread throughout the neighbourhood, while restaurants, transit, and grocery stores are just a few blocks west on Yonge Street and St. Clair Avenue!
“Over the last few months, your company has made numerous upgrades and improvements to the properties at 70, 80 and 90 Heath St West. I am sure that a number of improvements are behind the scene; however those visible for all to see such as upgrades to the elevators, painting the garages and now finally the landscaping make a huge difference. The new trees between the building, including the great looking earth berm add a whole new dimension to the property and now the beautiful hedges out front. The property now looks like Heath ESTATES. While we have always enjoyed living in [this] building, now there is a great feeling of pride to call Heath Estate home. On a a final note, a note of thanks to our Resident Manager – she is great and takes pride both in her building and her tenants. She resolves issues efficiently and effectively and is an asset to our community. Many thanks.”
