1 room apartment of 10m² in Burnaby

New person looking into the app. Am considering renting my place during nights to, provide a place to sleep, at an affordable rate. I'm a 23 year old student, who as you can is very messy. I plan to only rent a place to sleep for $10 per day. Is it ideal? Perhaps not but just am offering a cheap deal. Assuming I get to know you and working with you isn't hard will lower the rent to $6 per day. I'm in a university dorm, showers and everything is available within SFU
