Waterclub I - One Bedroom Furnished Apartment

This bright one bedroom Toronto furnished rental offers everything that a traveler would need. The ample light is due to the large windows and light tones in the suite. Hardwood floors and granite countertops are another two points to boast about in this unit as they really add to the class of the suite. The Bedroom offers a comfy queen sized bed and plenty of storage space. With a full sized closet and 3 dressers, there is no need to leave articles of clothing behind when packing. Just outside the bedroom guests will find another full sized closet and mirror. Even the longest of stays can be accommodated in this suite due to the amount of storage space present. The open concept kitchen and living area has ample space and receives lots of natural light from the sun reflecting off of the lake. The kitchen has granite counter tops, a breakfast bar with two stools, full sized appliances and is fully stocked with all of the kitchen items you need: pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, glasses and much more. Some added touches include a blender, a food processor and a coffee machine. The fully furnished apartment also has a full-sized built-in clothes washer and dryer. The living room is where guests will find the full effects of the suites furnishings. The open concept and large windows will draw in light throughout the day. The wall mounted flat screen can be seen from all corners of the room making the space ideal for enertaining. This furnished suite is right at Toronto’s infamous waterfront. Guest’s will find themselves only a short walk away from various water front trails and harbour square park. A lush green park right at the waters edge. You are also only a few blocks away from part of the railway museum. The park offers restored train equipment and miniature steam train rides. You can also take yourself over to the Ripley’s Aquarium or iconic CN Tower while you are over that way. The aquarium is only a few years old and boasts a various array of sea creatures, while the CN Tower is one of the city’s most historic and defining features. At 457 metres tall it is the second tallest freestanding building in the world. Harbour Sixty Steakhouse is located a couple street over from your Toronto furnished living space. It is a high-end fare with destination dining and an extensive wine list. All incorporated into a wood accented, old world environment. Sky View believes that the experiences of their guests is one of the most important factors of their business. The most unique feature of the Waterclub condos is the hybrid indoor/outdoor pool – guests have access to both the indoor and outdoor portions of the pool in the summertime and can literally swim from one end of pool (which is indoor) to the other side of the pool (which is outdoor). The summer is also a great time to enjoy the outdoor tanning deck where most residents like to spend lazy Sundays. During the winter time, the outdoor pool section is closed off but guests still have access to the indoor portion. The Waterclub building also has a billiard room, reading room, theatre room and party room which is accessible to all guests. Waterclub I also has a 24 hour security desk.
