Walkout basement in Patterson with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and a kitchenette. Unit is in a condo townhouse with the owners living upstairs, 2 cats, and a roommate. We bought the house in 2019 and it's a great condo with quiet neighbours that is safe and clean. Garbages are in the complex. Walkout is along the side of the unit beside us going down into your own entrance. There is only visitor parking inside the complex - parking outside the complex is a 30 second walk to the unit. We have had couples living in the basement before so it's comfortable to fit two downstairs. In suite laundry. 8 minute drive to Ambrose University and a bus stop right outside the unit. There is also a city tennis/pickleball court right outside the complex. We're hoping to sign a one year lease. Currently our roommate is living downstairs, and she will move upstairs with us once we find a basement tenant, that's why the availability is negotiable.
