2 rooms apartment of 150 m² in Toronto

Im a 50plus straight male who is not a drinker or a smoker and is very easy to get along. I have lived here for 12 years and there is an extra bedroom available by Sept. 1st. Their is NO central air or seperate entrance to my apartment. The building is 60 yrs old and l like it. My new roomate must agree to my amount per mth and deposit $2400 for lst and last and sign a 9 or 12mth agreement. No couples please.
