You're going to enjoy staying here. This is a very special unit, you're in for a real treat. It's hidden away two floors above an amazing restaurant, where the unit is big, airy and beautiful.I am a gay working professional who works from home in my home in the heart of downtown's Roncesvalles Village. Roncesvalles Village feels like an actual village sometimes, it has everything you could possibly need or want (amazing cheese shop, bakeries, butchers, hardware store, banks, cute coffee shops etc...) practically right on the door step/just out the front door on Roncesvalles Ave.Roncesvalles is also within walking distance of the queer-west-end, a few minutes' stroll to High Park, the city's urban park jewel or a stroll along the the shore of Lake Ontario. Plus catch transit right outside the front door!Features: - Double Bed in a private room- Huge Deck w/BBQ and seating - Work Table with TV/Monitor & HDMI cord - Mini Fridge - Laundry machine in-room - Large Window - Free new ear plugs (restaurant on the main floor has a hood fan that sounds like the neighbour is drying laundry - not bad, but if youre sensitive to that stuff its a must-know) - Large Balcony (through the living room, available outside working hours).Your space will be entirely yours. There is no lock on the guest room door. I will only request entry if the laundry room/cleaning supplies are needed, and always with advance notice. For Your Consideration: - Loud air vent creates white noise (Restaurant downstairs - we have supplied ear plugs) - Paid street parking is available, temporary parking permits easy to obtain through the city.
