I am a senior/widowed and live with a medium-sized dog that I recently adopted from the Dominican Republic. We live on a quiet cul de sac in a clean neighborhood. Close to amenities, bus stops, parks, restaurants, medical clinics and within walking distance to a gym and library. Cable/internet and your own Smart TV but can use the one in living room as well. Office also available for your school work. Water, sewage,wi-fi internet all included in rent.
