1 room house of 184 m² in Toronto

Newly renovated 3rd floor suite on a quiet, treelined street in downtown Toronto. Entry is through my house, but once upstairs, guests have privacy: three-rooms - bedroom, kitchenette and private bathroom. I am an artist and work from home. I enjoy conversation with travellers and also value privacy. I've lived in the UK on and off for years and also speak French.
