3 rooms house of 259 m² in Toronto

Hey folks! I'm Percy. Small business owner and musician. I live with thom, another musician and chill dude and our third roommate for now, Gareth (and his lovely doggy, Rosie)I'm staying at my dad's place for the next few months while he's away. I'm subletting my room. Our house is a pretty casual living space. We're pretty social folks and host concerts here every couple of weeks. We have a nice living room and back yard. Got a basement with some storage space, too. I'm going to be here every once in a while to host the concerts with thom and pop in to grab things for work, but mostly will be out of the city for the next several months. Looking for someone who wants to sublet my spacious room and who will contribute to the care of the place by cleaning up after themselves while getting to enjoy our house.
