4 rooms house of 20 m² in Vancouver

I'll be moving to Vancouver from Richmond on Aug. 2nd, and my roommates and I are looking for 1 additional roommate! I have secured a newly renovated upper level home on Main and 44th (near Langara) that has 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths. There is a spacious living room, decent sized kitchen, back balcony, and a mini backyard area.A little about my roommates and I: We are 3 Canadian-Filipino working professionals who like to stay active and have fun. Couple of us are regular gym goers and the other is a jogger. My 2 roommates work full-time, and I am currently taking an online course/studying, while working on some projects on the side from home.
