1 room house of 56m² in Langdon

Im pretty nice and easy going! I have a bedroom for rent in my basement with its own half bath,(ill be putting a shower in very soon). Kitchen is shared upstairs but i have a fridge/freezer in the basement for you as well as a little sink. Outside the bedroom is a big open area that is all yours. Back yard is large and fenced off and i keep it very maintained. I work full time, and am pretty quiet in the evenings(either video games or working in the garage). Im very laid back, only thing i ask is you clean up after yourself, and just ask ifs theres something you need or want to know
