We have a large walk out garden patio, in unit laundry, and a shared water cooler. The bedrooms are large and spacious with huge closets. We have a gym and a social room and your parking space is right out front. Everything is included in the rent price (heat, power, internet, cable, parking). We are a quiet non smoking married couple looking for one roommate. We have one cat only.
