Hi, my names Liam I'm 30 years and currently renting a basement apartment, my current roommate is leaving February 1st so I'm looking to rent out his room. I'm a working professional in construction and down to earth. I work, go to the gym, really into music, play pool, play hockey, play guitar and cook.
