4 rooms apartment of 22m² in Montreal

Hi! Come live with me (20) and Emily (22) at our lovely apartment. We are both Concordia studio arts students, as youll see since we both have art everywhere. We are both very clean and appreciate a peaceful living environment since we both work from home during the summer. We are looking for someone who is also clean, is okay with having people over sometimes, and is generally a chill person. Ideally someone who identifies as female / non-binary would be great, but we are also open to others as long as youre chill!
