Very clean and organized, the location is near a lot of public transit such as Cooksville GO Station, bus stops which can easily take you to Square One, Kipling Station, UTM, Trillium Hospital and Port Credit Go with only one bus no transfers needed. Walking distance grocery stores such as FreshCo, Food Basics, and Real Canadian Superstore. We are preferably looking for a couple to rent the room which has its own closet and is fully furnished. The rental price includes utilities such as wifi, electricity, water, heater, cooler and in-unit laundry & dryer.Although there are 6 other people in the house, you would only be sharing the bathroom with other 3 people who are also renting the other rooms in the house. We are already renting other rooms to 1 married couple and 1 working professional lady.
