2 rooms apartment of 23 m² in Vancouver

Hi there! Im looking to fill the second room in my 2 bedroom apartment come July 1st (2025) throughout the week I finish work exercise then come home cook dinner and lay low. I like keeping a clean unit and sharing the responsibilities that come with that. I dont mind people coming over just a heads up prior is best.
