2 rooms house of 17 m² in Ottawa

I'm a really chill, laid back, friendly and easygoing guy. If you're in a jam due to the housing market in Ottawa, I have a small bedroom and futon,dresser etc in a nice, newly built house with a yard and surrounded by a wooden deck. Money isn't too f an issue - I prefer the company more than anything else.
