I am looking for a roommate to rent out my beautifully renovated basement suite in the community of Oakridge. Minimum 6 month lease then 2 months notice after the original term. It is also very close to the Glenmore Reservoir, Southland Leisure Centre and Glenmore Landing. Bike paths & greenbelts are out just the back gate. The community is easily accessible (5-10 minute walk) to transit including the Max Yellow BRT. I am looking for one tenant who has full time work or is a student.
