Nestled in the wonderful community of Capitol Hill, this basement suite completed a renovation on Apr.6, with luxury vinyl plank, quartz countertops, tiles, new insulation, and other refresh updates. The location is about a 10-15 min walk to two train stations (Lions Park and Banff Trail). It's also close to hospitals, SAIT, U of C, Confederation Park, coffee shops, and shopping. The suite will come furnished with a queen bed set, kitchen with all plates, cutlery, pots/pans, etc., window coverings, and a couch. Still waiting on a few more little pieces of furniture, but what you see in the photos is pretty much it. You will need to bring your own linens to get started. There is lots of storage. There is a 4 piece updated bath. The laundry is shared and all utilities including wifi internet are included. We are looking for someone who is quiet and respectful, as the other tenants are. There is a young family upstairs. A credit check may be required. A minimum of 6 months, switching over to month-to-month will be the contract. Can discuss longer term as well. If it is a couple, an extra $100/mth will be added to cover the cost of added utilities and wear and tear.
