A room with a private bathroom. The building is close to bus stops, pubs, restaurants, grocery shops, etc. 15-min bus from downtown, 20-min bus to UBC. The room has a bed that extends to a king size. There is a closet, two drawers, and a stand-up desk with a monitor. Internet and utilities included. In-suite laundry is available. The kitchen and living room are shared spaces. Available from May 1st. I have two cats, so hopefully, you are not allergic. Also, no more pets are allowed due to the strata policy. Also, my boyfriend srats with me over the weekends.I'm easy-going, like to hang out with my roommate, but also appreciate my privacy and "me time." I like to have a clean place, and I appreciate my roommate being conscientious and clean after themselves.
