3 rooms house of 90 m² in Toronto

I have a large 5 bedroom, 2 bath home to share. My adult son has accommodations in the basement. We have 2 bedrooms and a full 4 PC bath (SHARED between the 2 bedrooms) on the main floor and 3 large bedrooms and 4 PC bath on the upper floor. Rooms are furnished with bed, a dresser, nightstand,lamp, desk & chair, linen and bedding, soap & toilet paper and all the necessities to make your stay comfortable. High speed wifi and FIBE tv on the main floor for common use. Laundry service is available. The house has central heat and air conditioning. Outdoor space available. Our home is a three minute walk to public transit and a short walk to shopping and sports fields.
