Direct Bus to Yonge/Eglinton subway 35 mins. Direct Bus to Broadview subway 25 minutes, onwards to Yonge/Bloor subway total 35/40 minutes. Near Crosstown Eglinton LRT starting soon. 15/20 minutes walk to large grocery stores, coffee, doctors, pharmacy, pizza, library and other shopping. Convenience store, gym, swimming pool, coin laundry is downstairs. Near Don valley scenic trails for hiking, walking, or biking.Suits a clean full time student/professional. Vegetarians preferred.
