Hello I'm looking for a guy roommate who is clean and quiet at the 2bed 1bath condo in Sunalta, Downtown Calgary. One person in each room, I live in the living room, total 3 people. You will use the kitchen and bathroom together. With all utilities, I provide kitchenware such as pot,dishes,utensils,high speed internet, rice, tissues, detergent, toaster,kitchen detergent, various condiments, double-sized beds, pillows, etc. The monthly rent is $850, Deposit is $500 Across the street from the house, there are Bus stop of 7,90 and condo is located middle of SunAlta and Curby stations(10mins by walk) so it is located in a very accessible place, 3 minutes walking distance to Dollarama, 6 minutes at Co-op, and 10 minutes at 17ave. Please note that smoking, pets, and drugs are not allowed
