Tout se fait à pied: - 10 min du métro Joliette - 2 min épicerie, dollarama, SAQ .. - 2 min rue Ontario: bars, restaurants, magasins .. Condo idéal pour le travail à la maison avec 2 écrans, laveuse/sécheuse, TL, parking privé, système son Bose, wifi. Il faut uniquement rajouter les frais d'hydro (environ 60$/mois).
