We have a room available in our house which is located right in Uptown Waterloo. This house is perfect for any student as it is steps away from WLU and most of the bars, although we're open to anyone! The current roommates are all great friends with each other and spend their down time together in the common areas. Hoping to live with like minded people who will join our friend group! The house has a large backyard equipped with a fire pit and outdoor furniture making it great for hosting! The house and room are both furnished. Each room has a private lock and the house features keyless entry. There is free laundry and additional storage in the basement. Rent is 740 each month + utilities. Please
