1 room house of 25m² in Coquitlam

My brother and I are both in our late 20's we are easy to talk to and get along with. We are 420 friendly, we have 2 extremely friendly Shiba inu dogs. We are relatively quiet people. I live in the basement where the laundry machines are. My brother lives upstairs in the main house. We are almost always home. I am disabled and don't work and my brother works from home doing computer jobs. We are looking for someone that has similar interests, and has guaranteed income.
