I consider myself a really clean dude and it would be nice to have a roommate that is the same way, but i also understand that life happens. I have had a bunch of roommates in my time, some awesome, some not so much. What i have learned is that active communication is very important. Also, not to let pet peeves bug you, and to always discuss concerns in a calm mannerI love being active and going out, but also staying in and playing video games or watching movies. I am looking for someone to hang with, not just someone to rent a room to. Its a cooler environment that way :)
