Units facing southeast overlook downtown Williams Lake and beyond. Apartments facing northwest look into the forested area. Many apartments have been renovated in the past few years, and the building is kept in tip top shape by the friendly onsite staff. Both buildings have video security inside and out. This is a great location just across and above the Coast Fraser Inn. Behind the building is treed and has a hiking path through the hydro cut. It is set enough away from the highway that it is quiet and peaceful. We often get visits from local deer and sometimes even foxes!
