1 room apartment of 27 m²

I have a private guest room furnished with a queen sized bed, work desk and bedroom drawers. It is located in the Cote Saint-Luc neighborhood, in the South-west part of Montreal Island. It's also about a 20 minute drive from the Pierre-Elliot Trudeau Airport. My residential neighborhood isn't far from the Loyola Campus of Concordia University. For public transportation, there are bus stops one block away from my apartment, that take you to the nearest subway station. If you have a car, free street parking is available close to the building.My apartment is very relaxed and spacious. The large windows draw in a lot of natural light during the day. However, I do own blackout curtains if you prefer that in your bedroom. Guests may use the kitchen, provided that they clean up after themselves.Guests are free to use the entire living space. I don't have any streaming services or cable. However, I do have an HDMI cable that permits you to plug in your laptop for your viewing pleasure on the flat screen T.V. in the living room.
