We are close to grocery stores, plazas, schools, gyms, beaches, libraries, and nature trails. Niagara College is 13 minutes away by car, 17 minutes away from Brock University, outlet shopping malls 30 minutes away. 30 minutes away from the Fallsview.The room is modern, on the basement level with a window. It is clean, comfortable with a keyed door. It is completely furnished with amenities included: 1 room - 1 full bed (single or double occupancy) access to a galley style kitchen with two seating table, rain shower in bathroom, chair, WIFI internet, utilities, separate laundry facilities, iron, and closet. Linen can be provided. The upkeep is the tenants responsibility. You have access to the backyard. Meals are not included.We are an outgoing, fun, and friendly 7th Generation Afro-Canadian born family. We want you to be comfortable in our home. Your visit with us will be a positive and memorable experience. Filled with a family environment and Canadian culture.No overnight guests or parties are permitted.
