3 rooms house of 27 m²

I am a non-smoking working woman living in detached home in south-east Calgary. There is 1 fully furnished bedroom available for a guest. The living area is cozy to sit and relax and enjoy a good movie. Dinning area spacious to dine in. My favorite area in the house is the kitchen where you are very much welcome to use, just kindly clean up after using. I also have a 5gallon tank of aquarium with guppies in it which is fascinating to watch. The back yard has a sitting lounge available to hangout specially during summer time. I am pretty much clean organized person, and I do appreciate if we keep the place tidy and neat. Please clean after yourself.
