There are 2 bedrooms available in our home. The 1st bedroom is a private room with private bedroom, living room and bathroom. You have the entire lower floor (> 500 sqft) to yourself during your stay with a small kitchenette which includes microwave, coffee maker, kettle and mini fridge. There is TV in both the living room and bedroom. You can have access to the patio during your stay and free parking. There is a limit of 42 days to stay in this room.The 2nd bedroom is a private suite with separate entry. It includes a private bedroom, living room, TV, kitchen and In-suite laundry. This room doesn't have a limit on how long you can stay.The house is a 3 story building with the kitchen (shared with the owners of the house) on the main floor. We just ask that you please let us know in advance if you would like the use of the kitchen when booking the room with a limit.Both rooms are on the lower floor and are fully yours via stairs down. We will not be in your space during your stay. You will have a small kitchenette which includes microwave, coffee maker and mini fridge in the bedroom with limit stay and a full kitchen in the bedroom without limit.The upper floor is where our family of 4 with 2 children under 4 years stay. We will limit ourselves to the upper floor to avoid noise down to you.We are available via text or e
