There is a spacious backyard & garden which you can share with us.The house is away from the main road, so it's comfortable to live in.Only 1km away from Semiahmoo Secondary school & H.T Thrift Elementary. Within walking distance to Bayridge Elementary school.Within 5mins drive to nearby famous tourist attraction White Rock Pier.There are a huge selections of sporting facilities nearby, including several open-to-public soccer field, ice arena, & bike parks.We are looking forward to hosting a female student.
