Located in quiet and central Royal Oak, we have a private room with bathroom available. We are a young professional couple with a 18 month old daughter, a dog, and a cat. You will have a private downstairs bedroom and bathroom with shower. Access to small backyard next to your room. The room is furnished with a queen sized bed, TV, mini fridge and you will have access to the main level kitchen if needed! (Food is NOT included). We are looking for a quiet, single, female looking to come visit Victoria for school or travel. We are located very centrally, near lots of walking trails, parks, the Royal Oak bus exchange and the Commonwealth Pool and just a 3 minute walk to many shops and restaurants.
