2 rooms apartment of 135 m²

I'm a young male looking to get a two bedroom flat and rent out one of the rooms. I have two cats and work most of the time so the flat would be empty most of the day. Looking for a single female that doesn't care to have friends over and is a home body that'll take care of the house and cats while I'm gone.
