We are small family with a university student, a loving labradoodle, and a room for rent.No smoking, no vaping, no drinking and no guests. We are within half and hour walk to UTM and our home has a swimming pool. Shared 4 piece bath. Room is furnished with a queen bed, dresser, desk and large closet.
