1 room house of 564 m²

I have a lovely open concept home with myself and 2 toy poodle dogs. They are 13 years old and very energetic. I work from home mostly, so we are around alot. I have one spare room for a quiet vegetarian female to stay in. Stoneycreek area, is a very safe neighborhood. Prefer someone who does not use strong synthetic scents.I am not far from Fanshawe (11 mins drive or 5km) or Western (12 mins or 7km). Bus stop is in walking distance as well. There are grocery stores, a pharmacy and Tim Hortons nearby as well.* Wifi is included and this is an English speaking home.*There is no smoking, alcohol, parties, sleepovers or pets allowed.*You can pay when you get here. I would like to be paid at time of arrival for first 2 mos, by etransfer into my bank account. Must give 30 days notice of Departure.
