looking for nice, respectful, clean, and quiet tenants, preferably workers, the home living area and kitchen will be shared among tenants although in the summer barely anyone is home because we all work away and even in the winter youll only see one or 2 people in the house since all our schedules are busy, we would prefer Is quiet tenants since everyones pretty tired from work when they get home, the property is located near a private lake and multiple nice parks, theres only 2 bedroom available right now. there is a BBQ area that's available to occupants. everything you need such as banks, groceries, restaurants, clinics, and other amenities are only a 2 to 5 minute drive away. the bus stop is only a 2 minute walk away which will bring you to the train station, the train station is a 10 minute drive away from the house as well. id like to see pay stubs for renters before confirming just to make sure you're able to pay. if you have any questions please feel free to text at *** *** **** and tell me a bit about yourself and where you work.
