**Available October 15th, 2025 to May 15th, 2026** Located in the heart of downtown Canmore, this amazing 2-bedroom condo is south-facing, sunny, bright, and offers stunning views of the iconic Three Sisters Mountains. Only a short walk away are trendy shops, cafes, bars and world-renown restaurants. You’re also mere minutes from the Bow River and its many multi-use trails for walking, cycling, cross-country skiing. Four seasons of adventure await you. And not to be forgotten—the magnificent Rocky Mountains and Banff National Park are at your doorstep. Let our luxurious condo serve as your home base for adventure as well as unique cultural experiences. Canmore prides itself on its small town feeling, big heart, and artistic vibe. Fully-furnished and ultra modern, including high quality Kingsdown mattresses (one king, one queen), this condo has plenty of space for four people. Even the hardwood floors have been recently updated. Cook or grill delicious meals in the fully-equipped kitchen. The open concept living room offers the perfect place to kick-back and enjoy a movie on the flat-screen TV, or curl-up by the gas fireplace with a book or your I-pad. Be sure to take in the spectacular mountain views from the patio with a morning coffee, or a locally brewed beer in the evening. You won't be disappointed! The condo is located right downtown (one block from Main Street), so you can park in our designated stall in the secure, heated underground parkade and walk almost everywhere in this quaint mountain town. There are also Visitor Parking stalls for guest use. If needed, public transit is available nearby as well as a public pool and library. Everything you need is only minutes away. Tenants will have access to a small storage locker as well as the underground parkade. All utilities are included in the rental rate (including high speed internet). Apple TV is provided so you can connect to your Netflix, Amazon Prime, or Apple account (or any of the many other streaming services) for your viewing pleasure. We are a mother-daughter team who take pride in offering a clean wholesome home for our tenants. The condo is deep-cleaned prior to tenancy, and then again at the end of the tenancy. A one-time cleaning fee of $200 is charged along with the first month’s rent. This is a quiet residential condo building with strict quiet hours from 10:00PM to 7:00AM, so we're seeking a mature tenant(s) for our quaint and cozy mountain home. **Check-in on first day of tenancy is 3PM.
