There are a lot of bus stops near the place and would take only less than 2mins to ctrain. You can leave the house anytime since there is always an available transportation near it. Ctrain is also near which is less than 8 minutes walk. Housemates including landlord are very nice and respectful. The house is sneaky clean and very homey.
