2 chambres maison de 26m² dans Vancouver

This is a 2bed 1bath basement. The whole rent is $2200 which includes utilities + $70-80 for wifi, I have a connection with Rogers. Im taking the 2nd bedroom which is larger and I want to split the rent $1150 me and $1050 + ~$40 for internet for the smaller room. If youre comfortable with the smaller room and want to be my roommate! I have a video of the house if you want to get a better idea of the size of the space. I have a cat so please please be cat friendly, she comes with a litter box and a cat tree I keep the house clean as Im allergic to her lol. She is not friendly with other pets Im so sorry. She has a personality so pet at your own risk. she mostly lounges in the house and will never disturb you (she loves smelling your shoes and playing with the laser)I have some furniture to put around the house and you are welcome to bring your own stuff.! eg I dont have table/chair/couch but I do have a 5 tier shelf to put in the space next to the kitchen or laundry and I only use 2 tiers for my books and succulents. I also have an air fryer, microwave, kettle, pots and pans for the kitchen but I dont have dishes! All ages and genders are welcome, the landlord requires proof of ID and income/assistance. No smokers, no partying!
