Located in Carlington with a walking score of 86 and a transit score of 57, our home is close to everything, including just a five minute jump across the street to Ottawas only 24-hour Shoppers Drug Mart! We are also located centrally, not far from both Algonquin College, and Carleton University. Our unit is located on the second floor of a two-story apartment building. We would be sharing the kitchen, bathroom, living room and dining room. The tenants in the building are quiet, kind, and respectful. There is also garden space in our backyard if you have a green thumb :) Parking is available for an extra $50 per month. There is also a $50 key deposit. Smoking is okay, so long as it is done outside. First and last months rent required. Ideally looking for a long-term roommate, but Im happy to chat with anyone who is interested, as everyones situation is different. Room is all-inclusive, including internet and Netflix! The room you would be renting measures 9.2 x 10.6 not including the closet.
