We do have a community fund of about $20/month that goes to cleaning supplies and disposables like toilet paper laundry soap and paper towels. We are a group of diverse people ranging in age from 18 to 54, there is a total of 5 of us and with a new tenant it will make 6, half male half female. We are made up of students and full time workers both in office and at home. We have all been together for a while our newest tenant is 1 year but the rest have been upwards of 5 years plus.
